As we enter the month of June, I reflect on the first half of the year, which has been quite busy! We started off with The International Surface Event (TISE), and since then, it has been a bit of a whirlwind for me.

Work on a fresh edition of Cevisama has just begun. The upcoming edition of the prime event for the ceramic tile and bathroom furnishings sector, slated to run from February 24 to 28, 2025 at Feria Valencia is already being marketed. The outlook for next year’s event is more than positive given the great results this last, 40th anniversary edition of Cevisama achieved, inspiring exhibitors to return and start to book spaces for the 2025 fair already.

Tile of Spain USA brought a select group of design professionals and industry journalists to experience Cevisama and Spanish culture.

At the Valencia trade fair CEVISAMA, design studio Summumstudio has presented a new architectural concept, Synchrony, designed for Roca and premiered for the very first time at the event. The design won the second prize for "Best Interior Design Stand" at Cevisama, the international tile exhibition held annually in Valencia, Spain.

A prominent delegation of 11 members from the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) is set to attend Cevisama's milestone 40th-anniversary celebration, taking place at Feria Valencia from February 26th to March 1st, 2024. Jim Olson, Assistant Executive Director of NTCA, will lead the group, which includes leading industry professionals eager to attend the event and share best practices. 

Cevisama 2024 expected to see increased number in attendees from around the world.

During the presentation of Cevisama, held yesterday at the Ascer headquarters, a powerful buyer campaign was revealed, which this year reaches one million euros again, as well as the new space layout and the creation of a large active square that will become the epicenter of the fair and will host events such as the Architecture Forum, the Alfa de Oro awards or the 40th anniversary gala. 

As Cevisama prepares for its 2024 edition, the outlook for occupancy rates is extremely good. With more than four months to go to opening day, the fair has already sold 80% of the stand space available.
