The Natural Stone Institute has its schedule of educational events set for next week during Coverings 2024.

Architects and designers earned CEUs while participating in a discussion about the geology of natural stone and tasting wine at a Wine & Stone event hosted by Triton Stone Group in Birmingham, AL. 

Sarah Nicholas, operations manager at Coastal Stone Group in Greenwood, DE, strives to contribute to the strong company culture that is prevalent at her company. 

Tiffany Biagi of Advanced Granite Solutions (AGS) in Edgewood, MD, is a 2023 recipient of a Natural Stone Institute Scholarship and featured as a Women in the Industry Spotlight.

Jennifer Gee, more than a 20-year veteran in the construction industry, is one of the newest additions to GI Stone’s team.

Francee Alderson, general manager of American Stone and recent recipient of a Natural Stone Institute scholarship, shares her passion for learning and the industry, as well as her favorite past times in this Women in the Industry Spotlight. 

Camra Sanders is one of the most recent additions to GI Stone’s work family. The Chicago, IL-based commercial stone contractor is excited to welcome Sanders and nurture her stone masonry career.

Madison Gambrell began her career in the stone industry as a teenager. At a young age she has already gained valuable experience that will assist her in reaching her goals. Moreover, her willingness to learn and her zest for life makes her a great addition to the Tenax team. Recently, Gambrell shared her story with us. 

Joanne Bish, director of marketing for DuBois Granite & Quartz for the past four years, is the recent recipient of the 2023 Women in Stone Empowerment Scholarship.
