Stone World once again presents a roundup of the newest technological advances in equipment, as well as tools and accessories (coming in February), used in stone production.
The manufacturing facility has been expanded to include over 12,000 square feet of production space at the company's headquarter building in Romeoville, IL.
Currently, the company operates four quarries in South Dakota, one in Minnesota and is in the process of opening three sites in Wyoming for Red sandstone, Teton Taupe and Casper White.
The LT-2D3D Laser Templator from Laser Products Industries has been carefully designed to increase efficiency and accuracy while reducing production costs and headaches caused by other methods of templating.
Under the agreement, Laser Products will use its industry expertise to distribute, develop and support customized applications of the Slabsmith technology for individual countertop fabricators.
