The LT-2D3D Laser Templator from Laser Products Industries has been carefully designed to increase efficiency and accuracy while reducing production costs and headaches caused by other methods of templating. The company’s software has been custom designed to be quickly taught to anyone, usually in less than a day. It exports jobs in DXF, DWG, XML and ORD formats, and creates customer reports and shop sheets as PDFs. You can save photos directly into the job folder for later reference. Training includes on-site instruction where the manufacturer will travel to your office and teach your templators on actual jobsites.
The new LT-2D3D Laser Templator allows capturing of measurements 30% quicker than previous models. A more efficient battery system means templators can measure up to 50 hours (a full week) before needing to be recharged. Carrying an accuracy of ± 1/16 inch makes it the perfect choice for measuring countertops, backsplashes, cabinets, stairs, shower enclosures, tub decks, windows or anything else you can imagine.
Laser Products Industries has partnered with Microsoft to offer its new Surface Pro 4 tablets as the standard with every LT-2D3D Laser Templator purchase. The Surface Pro 4 has a 12-inch display, with a resolution of 2736 x 1824 — making even the finest details of your job easy to see. The manufacturer offers the Surface keyboard for interested companies as well as backup battery packs for both the tablet and its lasers.
Additionally, Laser Products Industries has just finished integrating it with 2020 Spaces’ Design Software and Cabinet Vision to allow users to import job files and finalize designs before cabinet bases are installed or even fabricated. Laser Products Industries has also worked closely with Moraware to allow customers of both companies to easily upload job files directly into JobTracker. This increases efficiency for scheduling and to act as a centralized location for all related job information.
As in the past, Laser Products Industries provides a one-year bumper-to-bumper warranty which can be renewed for as long as you own the laser. The warranty includes complete accident protection of the laser, yearly checkups if you want one for piece of mind, replenishment of targets you have lost and loaner lasers in the event that your templator were to somehow damage it.
