Still Time to Register for Charlotte Stone Industry Education Event
CHARLOTTE, NC – OHM is set to host the next Stone Industry Education (SIE) event at its Charlotte, NC, location on Thursday, June 25, 2026. The main attraction of the workshop, which is one in a series of 10 scheduled throughout the year in various areas of the U.S., is speaker Eric Tryon who will discuss "Analyzing Shop Performance."
The session is devised to assist fabricators in evaluating key metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity in their stone fabrication shop. Tryon will share techniques for identifying strengths and weaknesses, leveraging data-driven insights and implementing actionable strategies to optimize operations. Fabricators in attendance will also discover motivational strategies and best practices that foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Learning objectives of the full-day workshop include:
- Analyze current trends, customer preferences and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.
- Discuss essential metrics to measure efficiency, profitability and overall business health.
- Create an environment where employees feel comfortable sharing ideas and feedback, promoting collaboration and engagement.
