DALLAS, TX --Expansión Magazine has recognized Daltile Mexico, Monterrey, as a Top Company 2012 "The Place Where Everyone Wants to Work" in the category of companies with more than 3,000 employees. Every year Expansión publishes the Top Companies in Mexico, a special edition including a report of the companies with the best human resources practices in the country. The Top Companies edition aims to understand and present the reality of the Mexican business environment in terms of organizational culture and human capital growth.

Earlier this spring, Daltile commenced production at a new manufacturing site in Salamanca, Mexico, a testament to the company's expansion in the Mexican market. The start-up was approximately one month ahead of schedule. In 2012, Daltile will produce approximately 30 million square feet, and its production capacity will grow to 90 million square feet in 2013. The capacity will be dedicated to producing high-quality, commodity floor tile primarily for the Mexican market to take advantage of the market growth in Mexico for this segment.
