The International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA) announced the appointment of Amy Kyriazis as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Kyriazis has been a dedicated member of the ISFA team for many years, serving in a variety of leadership and strategic roles that have strengthened the organization’s mission and member value.
Despite significant declines in granite and marble exports caused by increased U.S. tariffs, Brazil’s natural stone sector recorded its highest export volume ever in November: USD 1.35 billion from January to November, according to data from the Brazilian Natural Stone Association (Centrorochas). This figure surpasses the previous record set in 2021 (USD 1.34 billion) and reflects the effectiveness of institutional actions that helped contain losses and sustain industry growth.

Greenbuild is searching for volunteers for its Program Working Group (PWG) which oversees delivery of educational programming intended to meet the needs of attendees at Greenbuild 2026. Members will review session proposals in all rounds of review for Greenbuild, identify key topic areas and advise the program composition overall. Members must attend the virtual PWG retreat (tentatively May 2026) to determine the final education programming for Greenbuild 2026.
