CARLSTADT, NJ -- Michele Ballarin has been promoted to Neolith Group CEO Americas. Ballarin brings a strong commercial vision and proven track record in building high-performing teams; strengthening relationships with architects, designers and fabricators; and scaling specification across key markets. Since joining Neolith in 2022, he has held senior commercial roles, including executive vice president for West Coast U.S. and LATAM distribution and chief revenue growth officer, where he led regional strategy, distribution development and cross-functional revenue initiatives.
