An AI Business Agent Understanding the Needs of Fabricators

CHICAGO, IL -- Thryve Innovations announced the launch of ThryveIQ, a business intelligence AI agent built specifically for stone countertop fabricators, industry vendors and distributors. Designed to connect all systems that run a shop, ThryveIQ gives owners, leadership teams and operational personnel a simple way to ask questions in natural language and receive fast practical answers from their own operational and financial data.

ThryveIQ is designed to unify information across the tools stone shops already use, including ERPs, accounting systems, customer and sales platforms, slab and inventory systems and other data sources. Instead of digging through disconnected reports or waiting for manual analysis, companies can now use ThryveIQ to understand what is running well, where issues need attention, whether KPIs are trending in the right direction and when/how to plan for expansion, staffing, equipment or process improvements.

ThryveIQ represents Thryve’s vision for applied AI in the stone industry: intelligent agents that move beyond concepts to deliver real business value. By enabling smarter decision-making, creating a unified source of truth, revealing growth opportunities and safeguarding data from the ground up, ThryveIQ helps teams operate with greater confidence and efficiency.

“As the stone industry evolves, the shops that lead will be those that harness connected data and automation at scale,” said Vivek Chaudhri, co-founder and chief executive officer of Thryve Innovations. “ThryveIQ is the first step toward that future, providing an AI agent that understands your business, enabling a platform for increasingly powerful capabilities over time.”

“Stone shops do not need more dashboards that create more work,” said Rich Katzmann, co-founder and chief commercial officer of Thryve Innovations. “They need answers. ThryveIQ was built to bring a shop’s data together so owners can ask the questions that matter and move faster with confidence. This is practical AI for the industry we know and love.”

Thryve Innovations previously released ThryveCash, an AI cash management agent focused on smarter cash flow, automated collections, payment automation, KPI tracking and cash forecasting. Together, ThryveCash and ThryveIQ demonstrate the company's broader strategy to deliver AI agents that address the most important operational and financial levers in stone businesses.

Thryve is also developing additional agents for the industry, including ThryveLayout, an AI-based slab layout agent designed to optimize material utilization, improve yield, reduce costs and support more profitable layouts. A future agent, ThryveProgram, will create machine-specific g-code directly from the approved layout, helping shops move from design intent to machine-ready output with greater speed, consistency, and control.

ThryveIQ is available now for stone shops, industry vendors and distributors that want to connect their systems and turn operational data into clear, actionable intelligence.
