Artaic has expanded its Foundation Collection to include new sintered glass offerings. The launch introduces a curated selection of designs in sintered glass, a commercially rated, sustainable material made from 100% post-consumer recycled content. These patterned mosaics are available by the square foot with domestic lead times as short as two weeks.

The expansion marks a significant milestone for the collection, enabling it to serve more spaces and applications from residential backsplashes and powder rooms to commercial flooring in hospitality, healthcare, office and multi-family environments. Sintered glass offers two finish options: a glossy finish and a frosted, sea glass-inspired finish, both with a high DCOF rating for slip resistance, meeting the performance requirements of demanding commercial floor specifications. The sintered glass option is made from recycled car windshield glass, a post-consumer recycled material, that offers great durability and a rich versatile color palette. Its inherent sustainability qualities make it a great choice for buildings seeking LEED certification or designers seeking an environmentally friendly option with enhanced performance.
