The Natural Stone Trade Show is Here to Stay
Co-organized by GL events Exhibitions and their associated partner the Trade Magazine Pierre Actual, this second edition show, held at the same time as Paysalia, the landscaping show, aims to bring together natural stone sector professionals and specifiers. More than 150 exhibitors from the sector are expected at Rocalia – suppliers of materials and products, machine manufacturers, toolmakers and service companies. The whole sector will be there to meet the needs of contractors, architects and landscaping professionals for ornamental rocks, decoration, heritage restoration and urban developments.
Technical innovations, trends in décors and new products will be highlighted not only in discussions on the stands, but also in the many events (demonstrations, conferences, exhibitions and technical visits) proposed throughout the show. To turn the spotlight on the stone trades in France, the “Emploi Formation” stand will present all the training programmes available for the sector.
Heritage Restoration, the core business for natural stone, will also be in the forefront in the Heritage Village.
Developing the French natural stone sector
Rocalia wants to serve the French natural stone sector. Today France is one of Europe’s biggest producers of ornamental rocks – a statute to defend and develop. The show objective is to become the display case for French natural stone sector quality and know-how.
The success of the first edition in December 2017, which attracted 125 exhibitors and 14,580 visitors, shows that the professionals have adopted this event and want to make it a “must."
