Tennessee Marble Company Creates New Position
FRIENDSVILLE, TN -- Tennessee Marble Company (TMC) has announced that Josh Buchanan has joined the staff as the company’s Business and Relationship Cultivator. Buchanan is a marketing and sales professional with experience in construction project development and retail materials.
“We are excited to have Josh on our team to build awareness of our brand,” said Monica Gawet, president and owner of the company. “As we enter our 25th year as a company, we look forward to developing new relationships and products to showcase our historic, durable and varied decorative materials.”
TMC’s main headquarters is in Friendsville, TN, at a quarry site which was originally developed in the mid-1800s, and includes contiguous mineral from the Craig quarry property. TMC is one of the largest fabricators of domestic marble, and the country’s exclusive supplier of Tennessee marble. Leveraging the advantage of vertical integration, along with state-of-the-art equipment and technology, TMC offers this timeless and distinctive American stone for restoration and renovation of existing structures, as well as new construction.
