MISSISSAUGUA, ON -- The Loxcreen Flooring Group has been on an extensive search for new sales talent over the past six months. With new targets in place and a continuously growing tile and stone accessories business, Loxcreen needed to branch out, make a commitment and employ new sales people who are 100% focused and dedicated solely to Loxcreen business and customers. This strategy was put in place to help service our existing customers in the U.S. while also providing new opportunities to gain additional business in the ceramic sector. Loxcreen is proud to announce the addition of three new people to their U.S. sales team whose backgrounds are sure to help Loxcreen accomplish their goals in due time.

James (Jim) W. Roberts was most recently hired within the first week of June 2016. He is taking on a very dynamic role on the Loxcreen professional sales team as the U.S. Ceramic Industry Specialist, which is meant build and strengthen relationships in this sector and also lead and support the sales team in the growth and development of Loxcreen's Prova line of waterproofing shower products, tile underlayment systems and tile trims. Jim comes with over 20 years of experience in sales and has worked for many successful companies within the ceramic and adhesives sector, including Mapei Inc., BASF and DAP Inc. His relationships within the design and architectural community along with his technical knowledge will provide Loxcreen with the additional resources required to bring Loxcreen's ceramic business to the next level.

Mark Derr was hired in May 2016 as the new Territory Manager for the South Central states which include Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas and Missouri. Mark brings with him many years in the flooring industry with a background in retail, estimation and distribution. From his past experience, he has gained extensive knowledge of flooring materials, installation parameters, design trends and customer service. Mark is ready to educate and support Loxcreen's distributor partners and their sales teams as he understands the needs of local flooring dealers and their end users.

Kendall Leak was hired in December 2015 as the Territory Manager for the Western states which include California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico. He joined Loxcreen just in time for The International Surface Event (TISE) West in Las Vegas and proved that he had a breadth of knowledge on the industry with expertise in the ceramic tile and stone while working the show floor. Kendall joined Loxcreen with over 40 years in the ceramic tile and stone industry with noteworthy positions in consulting and as an AIA educational program developer and presenter. Kendall's past work experience includes sales at Daltile and Merkrete. Kendall is ready and able to assist Loxcreen distributors on the West Coast to bring in new products as they shift their focus from carpet accessories, onto higher margin items in hard surfaces and accessories.
