Laticrete expands restoration and decorative product lines with acquisitions of HP Spartacote

Laticrete is a family-owned, worldwide manufacturer and marketer of residential, commercial and industrial construction solutions. For almost 60 years, Laticrete has provided the technology, products and experience to make innovative, permanent installations primarily in the flooring industry. Over the past two years, the company has expanded its restoration and decorative product line through strategic acquisitions and partnerships. The announcement comes on top of two other acquisitions made earlier this year - L&M Construction Chemicals and the DuPontSurface Care Business.
HP Spartacote is a manufacturer of high performance resinous floor coatings. The company serves commercial, industrial and residential markets around the world. It works with facility managers and architects to specify highly durable, fast "return to service" coating solutions for concrete flooring. HP Spartacote is an industry leader in quality, technology and exceptional service which will complement the Laticrete value and brand positioning.
