CROSSVILLE, TN-- Crossville, Inc. has named Lindsey Ann Waldrep to the position of Vice President, Marketing. "We couldn't be more pleased that Lindsey will be leading Crossville's marketing effort," said John E. Smith, Crossville's president. "In her new role, Waldrep will work with Crossville's marketing team to develop strategic, multi-faceted marketing campaigns with a strong focus on branding, advertising and point-of-purchase material development. She will also work closely with the Executive Vice President of Sales to ensure that the marketing team's initiatives help to generate revenue."

Waldrep comes to Crossville with 15 years of experience in marketing and advertising, which includes almost a decade in hard surface product and brand management. Most recently, she was Senior Director, Creative Marketing at Mohawk Industries, where she managed an internal creative group and three external agencies. Earlier in her career, she served as National Account Product Manager and then Creative Manager for Tarkett Wood, Inc.

A graduate of The Savannah College of Art and Design, Waldrep received a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Honors; she also holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University, where she was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society. She belongs to the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA) and is a Board Member of the Chattanooga Symphony and Opera. Waldrep has been the recipient of awards from many organizations, including the American Advertising Federation (ADDY), Specialty Graphic Imaging Association, and Printing Industries of the Carolinas.

Originally from North Carolina, she has lived in Chattanooga, TN, for five years and is looking forward to moving closer to Crossville. Growing up, Waldrep was influenced by her father and family members who worked in North Carolina's then vibrant American textile industry. Today she is "very proud to be working for Crossville, an American tile manufacturer that is a vital regional and national employer whose products are respected around the globe."
