Stone Source appoints Joe MacIsaac as President and CEO
“After completing an extensive search for our new President and CEO, the Board is pleased to have Joe MacIsaac join us to lead the company,” said Robert Berenson, Interim CEO and a member of the Board of Directors.
As President of Knoll International, MacIsaac led the business to a fivefold revenue increase, opened and structured a Middle East regional office in Dubai, and expanded his company into multiple competitive emerging global markets. In addition to his executive leadership experience, he also has extensive sales experience in the architecture and design industry.
MacIsaac is an acknowledged leader in the design industry. Currently he is a member of the International Advisory Committee of the European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies in Dublin, Ireland. In addition, he served on the jury for the International Architecture Awards in 2008, and in 2009, he served on the jury for The Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design Good Design Awards.
“I look forward to expanding Stone Source throughout the U.S. and cultivating the great team we have in place,” said MacIsaac. “We will focus on providing consistent, high-quality service to contractors, architects and designers, while continuing to offer the most innovative new products from around the world.”
