Clean air is the key to eliminating potential problems with air tools. When we talk to our customers on the phone about air tool problems, they all talk about the state-of-the-art air system they have in the back room of their plant. Unless copper or plastic lines are used throughout, even the best of systems cannot avoid contamination in the lines. As the air travels through the steel distribution lines, it picks up rust and contamination along the way. In a proactive step for air tool longevity, Alpha® has created Filter/Regulator (F/R) manifold systems designed for installation at the point of use. By installing this manifold system at this location, and only using brass and aluminum after the filter, it prevents the rust, contamination and condensation in the air from getting into the tools. The pressure regulator also allows the reduction of air pressure to the PSI rating of the air tool maximizing performance.

MK Diamond Products offers an array of professional silent core diamond blades for cutting granite and marble. The silent core diamond blade has a specialized core that reduces vibration and noise. This is beneficial on jobsites where controlling the cutting noise level on a jobsite is an issue and a quieter blade reduces the chance of hearing loss for an operator. Reduction in sound level produces lower vibration that will increase tool life.
The MK-62GSPV Professional Grade Silent Core Diamond Blade is a cost effective laser cut core with epoxy filled silencing material that provides limited noise reduction/suppression. The alternate segment design combines smooth and turbo sections producing clean, fast cuts through hard stone. Diameters available are 14 to 24 inches.
The MK-62GSL-P and MK-62MSL-P blades have sandwich laminated silent cores. The sandwich core is manufactured with two steel cores laminated with a copper center that provides the greatest sound reduction. These high-performance blades are for cutting granite and marble slab. Diameters available are 14 to 18 inches.

Draw & Quote is a simple standalone software solution for countertops and backsplashes. The new software application enables companies to instantly create a sketch without measuring, based on the customer’s wishes. It limits the need of other CAD programs, is fast and has a simple user interface with special stone features. It is possible to add profiler edges, insert cut-outs and add materials from adaptable libraries.
Create drawings based on (basic) dimensions or edit CT sketches created by a Proliner with CT software. Once the digital sketch is finished, a detailed quote (PDF) can be generated based on the sketch, prices for the materials and company services. In short, a customer gets all the information he needs and a deal can be closed within a few easy steps.

Specifically designed for handling stone slabs, Powr-Grip’s MT (manual tilt) Series Stone Lifters feature 90-degree tilt using an above-center pivot that enables slabs to hang upright when lifted from storage or display racks and tilt to flat when lowered to bridge saws or work tables. These below-the-hook vacuum lifters are designed with a narrow profile that allows them to fit between tight, vertical, storage racks. Available on-board power systems, which can also be mounted remotely, include AC, DC or compressed air. Standard features include Foam Pad Rings, which enable vacuum pads to attach on saw-cut, honed or flamed stone surfaces, and Individual Pad Shutoffs, for handling irregularly shaped slabs or countertops with sink cut-outs.
