At the end of August, I traveled up to Portland, ME, to attend a Digital Expo, which was hosted by Park Industries. As with all industry events I cover, I walked away learning something new and meeting new people.

After a couple of years of unpredictable attendance, the Vitória Stone Fair/Marmo+Mac Latin America seems to be back on its feet. This year, the event was held from June 7 to 10, 2018, at the Carapina Events Center in Vitória, ES, Brazil, where it hosted 225 exhibitors and welcomed thousands of visitors.
Registration is officially open for The International Surface Event (TISE) 2019, which will be held at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, LV, from January 23 to 25, with the education sessions starting on January 22.
Located in the generally flat terrain of Dallas, TX, sits a house on a unique parcel of land. The homeowners wanted to transform the property and the house to be able to host friends, workout in and primarily live on the first floor.
