An Online Marketplace for Fabricators to Sell Stone Remnants

NEW YORK, NY -- The official launch of Boneli, an all-new online marketplace for fabricators, architects and designers to sell, purchase and design with remnants of high-end marble and natural stone, was earlier this year. Boneli is a centralized e-commerce platform that enables interior designers, architects, general contractors, builders, hospitality professionals, restaurateurs, real estate managers and developers to source and purchase inventory of high-quality scraps of natural materials directly from fabricators -- transforming excess inventory into affordable, customized furniture and fixtures for a wide scale of projects. Boneli's innovative solution offers a fresh experience and financial incentives for both B2B and retail clients.

Launched in New York City in January 2026, Boneli was founded by natural stone and materials expert Erez Shacham as a sustainable solution to the growing need for maximizing material use, minimizing waste and creating new revenue streams for both fabricators and designers. The platform provides a streamlined outlet for designers and fabricators to reimagine stone remnants as refined, purposeful products and objects.

Today, Boneli partners with hundreds of architects and developers across the U.S. and offers fabricators a simplified commercial portal to present and sell their remnants, ensuring efficiency, cost savings and creative reuse at scale.

Boneli's remnant catalog includes a broad variety of natural stone and engineered surfaces pulled directly from fabricators' surplus inventories. Among the categories offered are marble, granite, limestone, onyx, quartzite, slate, soapstone, travertine, basalt, nanoglass and more. Each material is listed with a "Shop" option, allowing designers to browse a diverse collection of premium remnants, often in smaller parcel sizes, making high-end stone more accessible for custom applications.

On the "Designs" side, Boneli showcases how those remnants can become finished objects, including furniture such as coffee tables, credenzas, cubes, shelves, trays, vanities, windowsills and "multi-designed remnants" that adapt leftover stone into artful forms.

Boneli's revenue model is designed to create a seamless low-effort income stream for fabricators. The platform operates on dynamic inventory, allowing fabricators to use their dedicated login portal to upload remnants in real time as they become available. Once listed, these materials are immediately accessible to Boneli's network of architects, designers, builders and hospitality professionals.

Fabricators earn revenue directly from each sale, with Boneli taking a small commission that covers platform operations, marketing and customer support. This structure enables fabricators to monetize surplus materials that would otherwise sit idle or be discarded -- turning unused stone into recurring income while freeing valuable warehouse space and increasing operational efficiency.

"We are proud to usher in a new era of intelligent design and construction -- one that celebrates the finest natural stone and marble while empowering fabricators and designers to increase sales and streamline the process of sourcing and creating finished products," said Erez Shacham, founder and CEO of Boneli. "Too often, the construction and architecture industries are marked by inefficiency and material waste, which drive up costs and squander valuable resources. Boneli's ecosystem offers a true win-win: a smarter more sustainable model that reduces waste, lowers costs and gives materials new life in our contemporary world."
