OBERLIN, OH – The Natural Stone Institute (NSI) has announced the recipients of its 2025 Individual Awards, recognizing individuals whose work shapes the natural stone industry. The awards were presented in January during The International Surface Event (tise) at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV, where members and industry professionals gathered from around the world.

The NSI's highest honor, the Migliore Award for Lifetime Achievement, was presented to Guido Gliori of Grazzini Brothers in Eagan, MN. With a career spanning more than four decades, Gliori has built a reputation grounded in experience and leadership, along with a longstanding commitment to the industry. A past president of the Marble Institute of America (now the Natural Stone Institute), he has contributed extensively with radon research, safety training, educational panels and as an inspector for NSI’s Accreditation Program. His impact can be seen in both the growth of his company and the strength of the association.
