INGOMAR, PA -- The International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA) begins its 2025 event series with an upcoming Fabricator Forum in Montreal, Canada, on April 16th and17th. Following a successful event series in 2024, this event will deliver expert-led presentations, peer- to-peer discussions, a facility tour and networking opportunities tailored for industry professionals.
The Fabricator Forum exists to provide an invaluable platform for fabricators to engage with industry experts, share best practices and gain insights into the latest trends. The educational sessions will cover key topics such as silica safety, best practices for networking and building sales, sustainability trends and market trends that impact fabricators.
With sponsorship support by Cosentino, Baca System and Biesse, the Montreal Fabricator Forum will host educational content at the Hotel Place d'Armes in Old Montreal followed by a welcome reception hosted at Cosentino’s city center Montreal. On the second day, the event will feature an in-depth tour of Granit Design. This state-of-the-art facility operates with a sense of innovation driven by automation processes, allowing the talented teams at Granit Design to fabricate over 12,000 square feet of stone each week.
“We first learned about silica at an ISFA event nearly 10 years ago,” said Troy Page of Ellis Page Company. “The silica presentation and updates provided valuable insights, helping us identify areas of exposure. I highly recommend ISFA events for the practical knowledge and networking they offer.”
This event is open to all fabricators, including non-members. Registration starts at $350 and includes all sessions and meals listed on the agenda. Space is limited, so those interested are encouraged to register soon at: www.ISFAnow.org/fabricator-forums.
“The 2024 Fabricator Forum events were a tremendous success,” said Marissa Bankert, executive director of ISFA. “These events provide actionable insights that fabricators can immediately apply to improve their businesses. With growing concerns around silica regulations and trade with the U.S., especially in Canada, we are committed to equipping industry professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to navigate these changes and enhance workplace safety.”
