In collaboration with Area Floors, SomerTile products were the exclusive tile of choice in one of the six luxury homes featured in the annual Street Of Dreams showcase. “Bespoke” by Red Hills Construction is a modern farmhouse with a twist of old-world and industrial themes.

The 2019 NW Natural Street of Dreams is an annual signature summer event in the Pacific Northwest, featuring the latest in residential construction. The 2019 showcase took place at Stafford Meadows in Wilsonville, OR. Each show home is a reflection of the unique and professional talents of builders, interior designers, craftspeople and landscape architects.

How did Red Hills Construction, Inc. bring their clients dream home vision to life for Street of Dreams 2019?

“[Our clients] love the modern farmhouse’s simplicity and comforting theme, so we took pieces that incorporate their desire for a traditional Tuscany feel and modern living,” said the builder, Bill Krasnogorov.

In the bathrooms, SomerTile’s 7- x 8-inch Classico Bardiglio Hexagon Flower porcelain tiles, 11 1/8- x 11 1/8-inch Crag Hexagon Black Slate tiles and 17 5/8- x 17 5/8-inch Kings Star Nero ceramic tiles were used on the floors; in the bathroom with the Kings Star Nero ceramic tiles on the floor, 3- x 6-inch Chester Grey ceramic tiles adorn the walls. Each collection offers the perfect touch of Old World charm and industrial flair to the various designs.

SomerTile’s 3 1/8- x 11 3/8-inch Opera White porcelain tiles seamlessly blend with the marble slab behind the hood range for a cohesive kitchen design.

In the adjacent laundry room, SomerTile’s 6 3/8- x 12 7/8-inch Alhama Provenzal Grey porcelain tiles give Old World charm to the floor, whereas the 13- x 13-inch Artisan Azul Décor ceramic tiles add a fun twist to the backsplash.

The 7 1/8- x 16 3/8-inch Retro Naveta Blanc porcelain tiles and 5 7/8- x 15 3/4-inch Forever Grafic White ceramic tiles also give both the pantry backsplash and mudroom floor an antiquated appearance.
