RGU springs forward with three new members

CLEVELAND, OH --The Rockhead Group USA, LLC (RGU)has made headway in its national reach with its recent members, Classic Rock Fabrication, located in Harrisburg, PA, and Reliable Granite and Tile headquartered in Bozeman, MT. In addition, the RGU representation on the East Coast gets stronger with its newest member, Euro Stone Craft of Herndon, VA. The RGU is comprised of top-producing stone industry executives from across the U.S. with a focus on sharing business intelligence through best practices. Joining the group in April, Alex Bazdar explains his reason for joining, "Classic Rock Fabrication has a commitment to service excellence; becoming a Rockhead Group member was a natural next step."

Kelly O'Connor of Reliable Granite & Tile, who joined this May, echoes the sentiments of Classic Rock, "we joined the Rockheads group to network with a group of professional fabricators to implement best practices specific to our industry in order to meet our mission of continuous improvement 'do it right the first time on time'. The additional benefits are frosting on the cake."

RGU additional benefits include access to a powerful buying group featuring a plethora of support systems from tooling, to stone to software. However, the central and core RGU promise is access to business intelligence, namely best practices and finely honed operational processes. The group holds nine monthly virtual meetings, two retreats, and a summit each year.
