Pramar Stone transforms the aesthetics of the kitchen

Pramar Stone
March 28, 2016

Pramar Stone is the first Italian company to have developed hobs in marble, natural stones and porcelain. A top quality, innovative and functional product that stands out from the classic steel, hobs give more value to the home environment.

Pramar Stone hobs can be produced with great quality natural stones as Bardiglio Imperiale Marble, Thassos White Marble, Calacatta Marble, Cobra Gold Marble, Dark Emperador Marble, Botticino Marble, Carrara Marble, Pearl Rose Marble, Verona Red Marble, Absolute Black Granite, Shivakashi Granite, Alabaster Onyx, Iris Light Onyx, Ardesia Stone, Serena Stone and Red Porphyry. They can also be made with compact and resistant materials, obtained through a sintering process as porcelain and Dekton®. Due to this innovative technology, the company has developed an international patent that prevents the stone from breaking on contact with heat and is tolerant to high temperatures (up to 150° C), therefore matching beauty with functionality.

The hobs are available in 11 collections, which are different in shape, material and finishing. There is a wide range of solutions for any type of kitchen and aesthetic requirement. There are six classic collections: Concept, the oval-shaped model that is ideal in rustic or vintage kitchens, which adapts to worktops in the same material or can contrast with ones in different materials; Flat, a hob that is flush-fitted with the worktop, with an elegant design that's suitable for contemporary style kitchens; Vision and Creation, rectangular-shaped with a squared or full panel; as well as Essential and Mood models, which have sober and clean lines that adapt to any type of modern kitchen.

Pramar Stone chose Dekton® for the Essential model, which is available in the White Zenith, Aura and Ariane colors; its smooth surface and complete resistance to bumps, scratches and heat make it one of the most appreciated materials in the kitchen today. For the Mood model, the company selected porcelain, available in 10 shades, including Anthracite, Beige Grey, Cement Grey, Dark Grey, Grey, Ice, Ivory, Black, White and Mocha.

In addition to these collections are five new ones: Pure Line and Pure Icon, hobs with a truncated pyramid shape and simple lines; Urban, with its trapezoid shape; along with Imperial and Royal, hobs with soft rounded lines. Pramar Stone also provides a series of accessories to match to the hobs, including Rome burners in enamelled cast iron; and Venice burners in brass, steel and copper.

In addition to the aesthetic appearance and functionality, Pramar Stone also thinks about the practicality of the hobs. It is exactly for this that the company provides special maintenance kits to restore and clean the worktops, enhancing all the features of the stone. Furthermore, definitive nanotechnology based treatments, have been developed with the collaboration of the University of Parma, to guarantee total surface protection from marks and scratches.
