Machine of the Month
The Fab Master from Edgemarc Tools can be used as an edge profiler as well as to cut out any shape sink, polish, drill faucet holes, create drain boards, surface polish or hone and more, according to the manufacturer. The variable speed spindle is adjustable from 1,000 to 10,000 RPM’s, and it is digitally displayed on the touch screen. One of the key features that sets the Fab Master apart from other “sink polishers” is the programmable head oscillation, which is useful when polishing and milling, reports Edgemarc Tools. Additionally, the table head is adjustable and allows the fabricator to parallel the stone to the beam before edge profiling, or users can adjust the table height for drain board cutting and fluting. The machine’s fully motorized up/down (Z axis) positioning along with the vacuum support rails will have users cutting within seconds, the company reports.
