Granite City Toolhas recently introduced the highly durableAlum-100 aluminium stone saw, which weighs only 158 pounds, compared to the 264-pound steel model it replaces. The saw features a 3 hp motor - 120V single phase-2800 RPM, 45-degree easy tilt and a turn handle to raise and lower the motor. It also contains an easy wheel transport system with folding legs for one-person transport, and features diagonal square service wrenches and a waterfeed pump. The Alum-100 cuts stone up to 40 inches long x 4 ¼ inches thick, and utilizes 14-inch blades with a 1-inch arbour.
