Mapei recently introduced Ultrabond ECO 977, a fast-setting, 100%-solids, one-component, moisture-cured urethane adhesive specifically designed for the installation of domestic solid and engineered wood flooring. “Ultrabond ECO 977 answers the challenge of faster, more secure wood-flooring installations, especially when working with concrete slabs that have high moisture content,” said Jeff Johnson, Mapei business manager for Floor Covering Installation Systems and Surface Preparation Products. “This is an even easier choice for engineered and solid domestic hardwood installations when you consider that Ultrabond ECO 977 is a lightweight formulation in a 4-gallon [15,1-L] pail.”
