Chiarilli sat down with Contemporary Stone & Tile Design to discuss her use of stone and tile in her designs and the trends she is seeing in the industry

Introduced earlier this year, the United Airlines Polaris seats improved upon the airline’s business class seats on international routes. To be able to give passengers a full experience, United Airlines also created a new luxury passenger lounge, United Polaris.

In order to create a complete backyard oasis, Chris Garek of Stone Pro Inc., located in Bedford, TX, wanted to create a complete outdoor living space using natural stone. Garek came up with the backyard design for his family to enjoy that would not only be beautiful, but functional as well.

One of the many beachfront residences on the island — a summer compound that includes a main home, dining pavilion, gym and beach/pool cabana — recently renovated one of its guest houses taking an effortless approach.

Located about 20 miles north of San Diego, Del Mar Heights, CA, was the site of two Class A office buildings, a new three-story structure and an existing four-story building that was reskinned with core improvements for energy efficiency.
