The past year has proven the stone industry has regained momentum after the pandemic and in-person events resumed to full swing.

The international stone exhibition, held annually in Verona, Italy, saw nearly a 50% surge in attendance from the previous year’s edition – demonstrating stone industry members are ready to return to in-person events.

Stone World caught up with Sumit Gupta, managing director of Tab Surfaces, during Coverings 2022 to chat about what’s new at the India-based company.

Marmomac confirms its coming edition and launches the new "Marmomac Re-Start 2020" project. The show will take place as scheduled next 30 September-3 October. 

69,000 trade operators from 154 countries and 1,650 companies from 62 countries attended the 54th edition of Marmomac. After four days at Veronafiere, Saturday was the closing day for the world's landmark exhibition in the natural stone, machinery, processing technology and applied design sector.
