New Hands-On Education Facility for Industry Professionals

CLEVELAND, OH -- Keene Building Products, a leading manufacturer serving the construction, consumer, industrial and installation markets, has officially opened the doors to its new fully equipped training center in Euclid, OH. Designed specifically for contractors, distributors, architects and installation crews, the new facility offers expert-led, hands-on education to elevate product knowledge and ensure flawless installations.

Located at 23550 Saint Clair Ave., the Euclid facility allows industry professionals to become officially certified on Keene products in just one to two days. The comprehensive curriculum is taught by Keene’s seasoned technical staff, who bring over 100 years of combined industry experience to the classroom.

"Seeing this training center come to fruition is a major milestone for our entire team," said Alex Keene, vice president of operations of Keene Building Products. "For over two decades, we’ve been dedicated to manufacturing innovative, top-tier products, but we know the true success of any project ultimately comes down to the installation. By opening these doors and sharing our team’s century of combined experience, we are giving our partners the hands-on expertise they need to specify and install with absolute confidence. This isn't just about teaching a product; it's about elevating the standard of the trade."

The Keene Training Program is structured to bridge the gap between technical theory and real-world application. The core curriculum includes:

  • Classroom Instruction: Deep dives into product architecture, specifications, code compliance, jobsite safety and best practices.
  • Hands-On Demonstrations: Participants work directly with live Keene products and systems, mastering installation, calibration, diagnostics and troubleshooting in a controlled, fully equipped environment.
  • Certification & Ongoing Support: Graduates receive an official Keene Inc. certificate of completion, along with 90 days of exclusive post-training technical support through the Keene helpdesk.

To accommodate the demanding schedules of construction professionals, Keene has launched multiple course formats:

  • At the Training Center: A comprehensive one-two-day course at the Euclid facility.
  • Intensive Demo Bootcamp: A highly focused one-two-day, hands-on immersion.
  • On-Site at Your Facility: Keene’s technical team travels directly to the client’s location.
  • Virtual Instructor-Led: A one-two-day remote learning option.

Every in-person training experience is kept intentionally small, capped at 20 participants to ensure highly personalized instruction. Attendees are provided with extensive product manuals and reference guides, catered lunches and dedicated one-on-one time with Keene’s sales and technical teams.

For more information on the new Euclid training facility or to register a team for an upcoming certification session, contact Meghan Higley meh@keenebuilding.com or #440-605-1200 x124.
