WFCA Announces Three-Day Leadership Program

February 19, 2026

DALTON, GA -- The World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) has announced SEAL2, a new three-day, in-person leadership program available to all leaders. This world-class program is created for professionals who are willing to model their commitment to leadership by stepping away from the day-to-day demands of their businesses and focusing on the one thing that impacts everything else -- how they show up as a leader.

SEAL2 builds on the foundation of the SEAL leadership program launched in April 2024. Since its introduction, SEAL has guided over 300 professionals from multiple industries through foundational leadership development, creating strong demand for a more advanced and immersive experience. SEAL2 was developed in direct response to that demand.

Where the online SEAL program introduces core leadership principles, SEAL2 builds on that foundation — ensuring that participants better understand themselves and how to lead their lives and teams with greater clarity and purpose.

The program will be hosted by Michelle Nix, WFCA’s director of education, and held off-site to create an environment focused on growth and development.

“This is not theory,” said Nix. “This is not passive learning. This is leadership in practice. SEAL2 is for leaders committed to elevating their impact by better understanding themselves and strengthening how they show up in their personal and professional lives.”

SEAL2 is designed for leaders, managers and emerging leaders ready to invest in deeper personal and professional development. Completion of SEAL is preferred, but not required, as the programs are designed to complement one another and can be taken in either order.

“Leadership development has always been a priority for WFCA because of the impact strong leaders have on their communities, families, teams and on the future of our industry,” said Scott Humphrey, CEO of WFCA, who helped introduce the original SEAL program. “SEAL laid the foundation. SEAL2 gives leaders the opportunity to create lasting change by investing in their greatest asset – their leadership.”

SEAL2 will be offered in small groups of eight to 16 participants to ensure a deep impactful experience. The first class is planned for the third quarter, with registration and pricing details to be announced soon.
