New Machinery Show Announces Registration is Open
INDIANAPOLIS, IN -- Surfex, the new national trade show created by and for the surface fabrication industry, has officially opened exhibitor registration to all companies interested in participating in its inaugural event, taking place November 3 to 5, 2027, at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, IN.
Surfex is a fabricator-focused event developed under the leadership of the Stone Equipment & Supply Alliance (SESA) in collaboration with leading industry associations and partners. The show is designed to bring together equipment manufacturers, material suppliers, tool providers and service companies in a single unified event that prioritizes education, innovation and meaningful business connections.
“This event is designed by and for the fabrication community,” said Jon Lancto, spokesperson for SESA. “Surfex will focus on meaningful education, hands-on solutions and celebrating the craftsmanship and innovative materials that drive our industry forward.”

Move-In: October 31st to November 2, 2027
Move-Out: November 6 to 7, 2027
Education & Programming
SESA is finalizing the education session framework, speaker proposal process and opportunities for stage presentations and hands-on demonstrations.
Industry Collaboration
Surfex is coordinating with the International Surface Fabricators Association (ISFA), the Natural Stone Institute (NSI), the Stone Fabricator’s Alliance (SFA), Marmomac Italy and other industry groups to align meetings, education sessions and establish Surfex as the industry’s central gathering point.
