The Stone Fabricator’s Alliance (SFA) is gearing up for its second StoneBiz on the Beach conference, scheduled for October 15 to 18, 2025 at the Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort in San Juan Puerto Rico. Eric Rolseth, SFA executive director, recently spoke with Stone World’s Jason Kamery to share some insight into the event, as well as stressing that for anyone considering attending it is imperative that they register now.

The inaugural StoneBiz on the Beach was held in 2023 and was a success. “We wanted to give our members what they were asking for – a chance to learn more about business topics and to do a deep dive on it,” said Rolseth. “And they also wanted to bring their spouses, partners or friends to it. We brainstormed this idea about going to Puerto Rico, on a gorgeous beach, and bringing speakers there.”

Among the speakers this year is John DiJulius, who is experienced in assisting organizations to build world-class customer and employee experiences. He is the best-selling author of six books and founder and Chief Revolution Officer of The DiJulius Group. Moreover, DiJulius has worked with The Ritz-Carlton, Lexus, Starbucks, KeyBank, Nestle, Chick-fil-A, Celebrity Cruise lines, Bristol Myers, Marriott, and many more, helping them make the experience they deliver their single biggest competitive advantage.

Also on the roster is Réne Rodriguez, considered to be an authority on leadership and influence. He takes the neuroscience and psychology behind our behaviors, simplifies it, and combines that with an acute understanding of self-awareness, emotions, storytelling, body language, and more to help each of us better deliver our ideas to others.

SFA members to mingle and network
The event will not only provide a learning opportunity, but it will create an arena for SFA members to mingle and network.

In addition to DiJulius and Rodriguez, there will also be an AI Powertools session.
