Porcelain Tile Reflecting Beach Life

Breeze by Breegan Jane eight-piece collection

April 14, 2025

TileBar, a leading design resource for tile and bath, has collaborated with interior designer Breegan Jane to introduce Breeze by Breegan Jane -- an exclusive curation for TileBar that effortlessly captures the relaxed elegance of a coastal lifestyle. The curation features eight seaside-inspired pieces, including warm-white marble mosaics, richly glazed turquoise terracotta tile and crackled porcelain tiles in multiple formats. The Breeze curation is inspired by Breegan Jane’s signature aesthetic, California Beach House Luxury, and is a love letter to the playful and alluring spirit of the beach house. The Breeze curation translates the serenity and sophistication of a beach home into a versatile collection intended to elevate any space with style and luxury.

Breeze by Breegan Jane will be available to purchase at tilebar.com and in showrooms starting Tuesday, April 15.

Available in an oversized 8-inch hexagon or classic 4-inch square format, the Breeze Tide Turquoise Terracotta is handcrafted in Spain. Shaped from clay mixed with sand for added texture, each piece is hand-pressed and hand-glazed, then fired to achieve its beautifully crackled, glossy turquoise glaze. Uniquely artisanal and lightly textured, no two pieces are exactly alike.

Channeling the shape and texture of classic glazed terracotta, The Breeze Ocean Blue Crackled Porcelain is crafted from extruded porcelain in a 5-inch square and 4.5-inch hexagon format. In addition to being highly durable and chip-resistant, extruded porcelain tiles have subtle dimensional variations that lend a handcrafted feel. Crackling in the vibrant, glossy

glaze further enhances the artisanal look.

The Breeze Petal Bianco Dolomite Floral Mosaic Tile is a mosaic in a floral-inspired pattern. Crafted from small pieces of premium Bianco Dolomite marble, it features a milky white base and gentle veining. This elegant mosaic is an ideal fit as a backsplash or on bathroom walls or floors.

The Breeze Drift Calacatta Gold Micro Marble Mosaic is a micro-mosaic in a pattern that fans outward. It is crafted from small pieces of premium Calacatta Gold marble, known for its subtle undertones of gold and dramatic gray veining. This elegant mosaic is an ideal fit as a backsplash or on bathroom walls or floors.

Traditional encaustic tile is time-intensive, involving rounds of pressing and pigmentation. By printing patterns on porcelain -- as with The Breeze Nautilus Deco Blue Porcelain -- you get the same vibrancy and detail with the benefits of a durable material. Porcelain resists scratches, moisture, and fading and the 6-inch square format is well-suited for indoor or outdoor spaces.

Available in a large format of 24 x 48 inches, The Breeze Dune Cream Dolomite Porcelain tiles perfectly replicate the creamy white color and delicate gray veining of natural dolomite. Made of high-quality, low-maintenance porcelain with a satin finish, they are stain-resistant, moisture-resistant and don’t require additional sealing, making them suitable for bathrooms, showers and high-traffic areas.
