Lapitec acquires new distributor in the U.S.

May 2, 2016

The Italian company, Lapitec, strengthens its presence in North America with its newest distribution partner CaraGreen, a company based in Raleigh, NC, which will represent Lapitec® in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, thus covering the Mid-Atlantic area and a part of the southeast U.S.

The synergy between these two companies was established on the strong values they share. In fact, CaraGreen has a catalog full of innovative materials with excellent features and a focus on environmental sustainability. Lapitec®, achieved with natural raw materials free of resins or petroleum derivatives, will address the needs of those seeking a versatile, resistant and aesthetically impeccable product created through a process that respects the environment.

"We are very pleased to begin this partnership with CaraGreen because the company is well established throughout the territory and thus will promote our full body sintered stone to the market," said Michele Ballarin, Director of Sales and Marketing at Lapitec®. "The values and visions we share in terms of developmental strategies and environment are an important starting point, which I'm sure will reveal to be an asset for both of our companies' growth."

"Lapitec is the next generation of countertop material and an excellent addition to our Modern Surfaces portfolio," added Jessica McNaughton, President of CaraGreen. "We are excited to bring this revolutionary new material to the architect and design community as well as work with our most progressive fabrication partners to bring this to the mainstream."
