NEW YORK, NY -- Cosentino, a global leader in natural stone, quartz and architectural surfaces, hosted its top customers from the U.S. and Canada at its annual "Cosentino 100" event in Los Cabos, Mexico, from January 10 to 14. The industry's largest manufacturer conference is focused on bringing together customers and partners for thoughtful conversation on the industry, and projections for the year ahead.
In addition to sharing the company's 2016 business strategy, including its continued expansion in North America, most notably into the Canadian market, Cosentino unveiled its new "Elevate Your Surface Standards" campaign. The campaign challenges Cosentino's customer network to elevate every element of their businesses, from educational accreditations to performance standards and safety measures. Over the course of 2016, Cosentino will support this initiative by increasing education courses made available for CEU, enhancing support, and continuing its investment in research and development to bring innovative products and solutions to market.
This year's event brought together the largest group in the conference's history, with 340 attendees representing over 120 fabrication companies and 16 stone manufacturing machinery companies. Industry partners, such as the professional trade organizations ASID, NARI and the NKBA, as well as North American design firms, luxury kitchen and bath retailers and media properties also participated.
