Spring/Summer 2013 ceramic tile, sanitaryware and tableware collections available online

May 1, 2013
The Spring/Summer 2013 Products Gallery -- a Web page containing the collections of Italian ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and tableware produced by Confindustria Ceramica member companies -- is now online. The updated version adds a new tableware section, providing a complete picture of the Italian ceramic sector.

Close to 300 new images can be viewed in the online gallery, which can be found at:  www.laceramicaitaliana.it/products. Together with the previous six sets of collections that are released bi-annually, there are more than 1,800 high-resolution images to peruse, making this the largest multi-media site in the world for industrial design products.

The Products Gallery provides easily accessible information on all new products in two different forms: individual product sheets complete with technical characteristics and mock-ups showing products in some of their possible applications. Floor and wall tiles, ceramic sanitary articles and tableware are presented in a range of compositions in both modern and classic settings. The site is highly international, offering a choice of four languages, including Italian, English, French and German, that allow users from all over the world to stay up-to-date on the latest trends in Italian ceramics.

The gallery is an extraordinary tool for discovering the excellence of the industry. It is aimed at the world's building professionals, including architects and interior designers, as well as anyone wishing to find out the newest design trends in the industry and the latest collections produced by the leading companies.

In addition to enabling visitors to view every edition of the Products Gallery, it contains a search filter and a form to request information directly from the manufacturers. The search filter for ceramic tiles allows visitors to search by: style (floral, geometric, metallic, natural stone, wood, optical or minimalist); product type (single- or double-fired ceramic to porcelain tile); and intended use and field of application (residential or non-residential, floor or wall). A wide range of sizes is also available -- from traditional sizes to monolithic formats intended for large interior surfaces, or for exteriors in non-residential building applications. Another useful feature is the option of searching for products by the name of the designer who created them.
