HOLLIS, NH –The Natural Stone Council(NSC) has announced that NSC 373, Sustainability Assessment for Natural Dimension Stone, has been released forpublic comment. The NSC urges all interested parties to make time to review the draft and voice your concerns, questions or comments. This review period is a required step in the process for this work to be completed and for a standard to be published under the ANSI development guidelines.

Participation and comments are keys to ensuring this standard is relevant to the industry’s needs. The public comment period closes November 12, 2012. The public and industry can document comments on the Comment Spreadsheet that is being managed by the NSF International standard development process which may be accessed through the NSC Website www.naturalstonecouncil.org.
