Braxton-Bragg has announced the closing of its Fresno, CA, distribution center, effective November 1, 2011. Closing the Fresno distribution center will enable Braxton-Bragg to improve customer service, provide faster delivery times to customers and reduce internal costs, which will be passed on to its customers through lower freight costs, explained the company.

In addition to Braxton-Bragg’s new Freight Guarantee, they also offer customers a 30-day Money Back Quality Guarantee and a Low Price Guarantee:

Freight Guarantee:  Orders received from 7:30 a.m. to 5:45 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will continue to ship “Same Day.” Orders over $250 ship UPS Second Day and free if they weigh less than 70 pounds. Orders under $250 ship UPS Second Day for only $13.95 in all 50 states. For only $25 more, customers can receive their order UPS Next Day. Braxton-Bragg will even pay the HazMat fees for adhesives and sealers. Heavy items requiring truck shipment will be charged actual freight costs.

Price Guarantee:  Braxton-Bragg offers a low price guarantee. The company will match any stocking competitor’s price on any product that it sells. In addition, if customers purchase from Braxton-Bragg and find a lower advertised price on a new identical product at a competitor within seven days of making their purchase, Braxton-Bragg will refund the difference.
