In 2013, the show is headed for the first time ever to Atlanta and the Georgia World Congress Center from April 29 to May 2. Then it's back to Las Vegas in 2014, but this time to the Las Vegas Convention Center. The dates for that show also are April 29 to May 2. And peering even further ahead, in 2015, it's back to Orlando and the Orange County Convention Center from April 14 to 17.
"With such an international draw of both exhibitors and attendees to Coverings, any location we choose must be accessible both domestically and globally, and Atlanta is an active airline hub," said Jennifer Hoff, President of Events for National Trade Productions, which manages and produces Coverings, when speaking about Atlanta in 2013. "What's more, Atlanta conveniently neighbors growth regions where so many of our target audience are based. Our choices in exhibit space also are dictated by the scale and scope of Coverings; the venues that can accommodate the type of space we require are somewhat limited. But, Atlanta has always been on our radar screen as a workable facility, and we're looking forward to being there in 2013."
With Las Vegas being such a success this year, the Coverings Board was particularly pleased to be able to negotiate a return there in 2014, but to the larger accommodations of the city's Convention Center versus The Sands, where it was held this past March, reports NTP.
Coming out of this year's expo with more than 100 first-time exhibitors as well as more than 90% of its exhibitor space for Orlando pre-sold, Coverings 2012 already is shaping up to be as strong as ever.
