M S INTERNATIONAL BECOMES MASTER SUPPLIER FOR RETAILER

April 2, 2003

M S International, Inc. (MSI), a North American importer and national distributor of natural stone, announced that it has agreed to become the master supplier of natural stone to CCA Global Partners, the world's largest floor covering retailer, operating under brands such as Flooring America, ProSource and Carpet One. The supply agreement underscores the growing popularity of natural stone in the retail flooring market.

Under the terms of the program, MSI will offer its Premium Natural Stone line of products to the members of CCA Global, beginning in March 2003. MSI's Premium Natural Stone line of products includes slate, travertine, marble, granite and limestone tiles in various colors and sizes, and it will be distributed from MSI's four strategic warehouses. The program team will be headed by Nile Shah, a 15-year veteran of the natural stone industry, and supported by Fred Meredith, a 20-year veteran of the carpet/flooring industry.

"This supply agreement with CCA further demonstrates the popularity of natural stone, as well as our ability to supply to our customers, and ultimately the retail consumer with the products they desire," said Manu Shah, CEO of MSI. "We are proud to sign this agreement with CCA, which exemplifies not only the breadth of our product line and nationwide distribution capabilities, but also our timely delivery and order fill rate."

M S International, Inc., founded in 1975, is a leading distributor of natural stone in North America. Headquartered in Anaheim, CA, MSI also maintains branches in New Jersey, Atlanta, Chicago, India, and Mexico City. More information on MSI can be found on the Internet at www.msistone.com.

CCA Global Partners, founded in 1984, is the world's largest floor covering retailer, selling name-brand carpets and floor coverings such as natural stone, ceramic tile, laminates, and hardwoods. It has over 2,400 locations in the U.S., Canada, Australia and New Zealand. In addition to the Flooring America, ProSource and Carpet One brand names, CCA Global Partners operates under the Stone Mountain Carpet Mill Outlets, Rug Decor, Floor Expo, GCO Carpet Outlet and International Design Guild brand names.
