Coverings Set to Offer Diverse and Expansive Education Program

Coverings, the premier North American trade show for tile and stone, returns to Las Vegas, NV, from March 30 through April 2, 2026. The international exhibition will be housed at the Las Vegas Convention Center, filling both the North and Central Halls with exhibitors from approximately 40 countries. Jamie Rich, Coverings managing director, said the international scope of the event continues to set it apart.
"It's just so inspiring to see, and the craftsmanship and the work that's involved," said Rich. "These exhibitors invest so much time and money and resources to really bring their products to the U.S. so they can showcase it to the North American audience."
Rich, who has worked on the show on and off since 2011, said attendees can expect what she called "9 miles of tile and stone," covering everything from natural stone slabs and large-format porcelain to tools and machinery.
The show will feature a robust education program spanning conference sessions and three show floor stages. Conference room sessions will run primarily Monday through Wednesday, and all education is included with registration at no additional cost. "We want everyone to be able to access whatever sort of resources they need to be successful in their business," said Rich.
On the show floor, the three stages include the Trends and Solutions Stage in the Coverings Lounge, the Installation Innovation Stage in the Tile Council of North America (TCNA) Pavilion and a dedicated Fabricator Stage in the machinery and allied products area. The Fabricator Stage was developed in partnership with the Natural Stone Institute (NSI) and the Latin American Fabricators Network.
The Installation Innovation Stage will feature live demonstrations on a wide variety of topics across all four days of the show, while the Fabricator Stage programming is tailored specifically to stone countertop professionals. "We do know that everyone learns differently and processes information differently, so you can go to a 50-minute session or you can do a 20-minute session on the show floor that's a little more casual or interactive," said Rich.
This year's keynote speaker is actor and humanitarian Gary Sinise, who will deliver a session on Wednesday, April 1st at 8:30 a.m. alongside leaders from the National Tile Contractors Association (NTCA) and the NSI. The conversation will focus on RISE, the Gary Sinise Foundation's Restoring Independence Supporting Empowerment program, which constructs custom-built, specially adapted, mortgage-free smart homes for severely wounded veterans.
"His message is truly inspiring," said Rich. "I think there's so much that we all can do to help and support one another."
Mapei is the headline sponsor of the keynote session, with Proflex serving as the supporting sponsor.
In addition to the education programming, Coverings will offer four self-guided audio tours accessible through the show's mobile app. The tours cover reimagining porcelain, tile and stone technology, outdoor living spaces and stone trends and fabrication, allowing attendees to focus on the exhibitors and products most relevant to their businesses.
"It's a great way if you want to explore certain subject areas at your own pace," said Rich.
Registration is available at coverings.com. The standard registration fee is $49, but attendees can use the promo code PODCAST to register at no cost. The code is valid for online and on-site registration.
