TISE has negotiated travel discounts and secured reduced-rate hotel rooms to make your trip to Las Vegas affordable. Be sure to add any hotel rewards numbers when booking to receive points for loyalty programs. Below is the list of current "Official Hotels." The Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino will serve as the headquarter hotel and the site of most partnering organization events. Offering rates as low as $214 per night, this tropically themed hotel features a vast array of entertainment, dining and recreation experiences. A separate all-suite tower, The Delano Hotel, offers a rate of $258 per night. Located steps from the world-class casinos, entertainment and nightlife, the Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas's non-gaming sanctuary grants access to the amenities of Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino -- all with their trademark of warm, distinctive service being offered for as low as $309.

Excalibur Hotel & Casino offers rates as low as $38 per night. Transporting guests back to the mythical days of King Arthur, the hotel features a gaming area, two swimming pools, five restaurants, two magic motion film rides, dozens of shops, and the Fantasy Faire Midway.

Luxor Hotel & Casino features rates as low as $59 per night and is walking distance inside through The Shops at Mandalay Bay and the Mandalay Bay Casino to the event. The 30-story pyramid-shaped, architectural wonder, complete with a 110-foot Sphinx guarding the entrance, features a gaming area, eclectic restaurants, an IMAX® theater and top-notch entertainment.

Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacation Club Hotel, offers a cozy studio or sprawling multi-room suite, with poolside or city views. At Elara, it's all about options, with rates starting at $155. Elara soars 52 floors over the strip and boasts an exotic pool with 32 private cabanas, poolside bar and grill, fitness center, meeting rooms, and a lively bar and lounge.

The MGM Grand Hotel offers rates as low as $105 per night. The hotel is the home of premier shows, live concerts, award-winning restaurants and the exciting nightlife.

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Las Vegas offers rates as low as $239 per night. This sophisticated luxury hotel is prominently located at the entrance to CityCenter, a magnificent urban-resort destination.

New York-New York Hotel & Casino features rates as low as $78 per night. Bringing the magic of the original "city that never sleeps" to the Nevada desert, guests can enjoy a 300-foot-long replica of the Brooklyn Bridge, as well as its re-creation of Wall Street and other traditional New York landmarks.

The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas offers rates as low as $219 per night. The Cosmopolitan is a luxury resort casino and hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. The resort is located just south of the Bellagio on the west side of Las Vegas Boulevard, and consists of two high-rise towers, the Cosmopolitan Casino Spa Tower and the Cosmopolitan Casino Beach Club Tower.

Attendees and exhibitors will have easy transportation access to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center with the complimentary tram that runs between the Mandalay Bay, Excalibur and Luxor hotels. In addition, attendees and exhibitors staying in Official Hotel blocks will have complimentary shuttle service to and from the Official Hotels to the Mandalay Bay Convention Center entrance.

Airfare and car rentals

Air Canada, Alaska Airlines and Delta will serve as official airlines, offering service from destinations nationwide to Las Vegas' McCarran Airport. Discounts are available off published airfares and based on availability, offering the most cost efficient travel route to the event.

Hertz offers discounted car rental rates to help show participants get around Las Vegas easily.  To secure the best rates, show participants must book through the company's online reservation system. Reservations may be made online 24-hours a day, seven days a week, or by calling (855) 992-3353 during the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.

As the only official housing provider for TISE, onPeak is the only company that can sell rooms in the official housing blocks. Attendees and exhibitors are encouraged not to use other housing providers to secure rooms. Read the hotel booking warning.
