2012 Collection of quartz surfacing

March 1, 2012
With investments of more than $45 million and a 160,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art factory in Turkey, Belenco has introduced its 2012 Collection of quartz surfacing with 30 different colors and textures. In addition to the 12th China Xiamen International Stone Fair China, the collection will be on display at Coverings 2012 in Orlando, FL.

Using the latest Breton technology from Italy for production, Belenco combines natural fine quartz with modern equipment and innovative designs.

Incorporating the veined texture of marble with the durable non-porous qualities of quartz surfacing, Belenco Quartz Surfaces prevent the housing of germs, bacteria and mildew. The product does not require sealing, conditioning or polishing. Belenco products are also crack-, scratch- and stain-resistant. The Belenco 2012 collection was inspired by the textures and hues in natural stone.

Starting its production with an annual capacity of 6.46 million square feet, Belenco’s production line is planned to increase rapidly in the short term.

“We value our partners and all their work processes just as much as we care for our end-users,” said Berk Kuter, General Manager of Belenco. “We consider that the quality of the end-product reflects the quality of the fabrication process, which together represent our product quality. Our major areas of focus in our business are quality, technology and design. We will [also] start the ‘Belenco Academy Master of Quartz Certification Program to ensure our promise.”
