Recently, International Granite & Marble Corp. (IGM) conducted its annual managers meeting in North Bergen, NJ. Management confirmed that the company has had another successful year and that it is pleased with its current operations. Also announced at this meeting was the opening of IGM's 11th regional warehouse in Eastern Pennsylvania. Tony Daskus, who has previously covered this area from the company's home office in North Bergen, has been appointed Branch Manager of this operation. The new 32,000-square-foot warehouse is located in Whitehall, PA, just outside of Allentown.

Management at IGM also addressed rumors that have circulated throughout the stone industry about the possibility of IGM being bought out by a larger company. “The upper management and owner of IGM confirms that these rumors are totally false,” the company reported in a statement. “Although several large companies have approached IGM in the past with different proposals, all such offers have been immediately rejected.”
