The Brazilian stone sector is preparing for Marmomac 2025, where it will occupy the entirety of Hall 1 -- an unprecedented milestone in the international trajectory of the stone industry. The space will be called It's Natural – Brazilian Natural Stone -- bringing together 31 Brazilian stone producers at the annual international stone exhibition scheduled for September 23 to 26, 2025 in Verona, Italy.
Estimates indicate that the cost of new homes in the U.S. could rise by over $10,900; a letter delivered by the Brazilian Natural Stone Association calls for new exemptions for Brazilian materials.

The Natural Stone Institute joins Centrorochas and the National Association of Home Builders at the Brazilian Embassy in Washington, D.C., this morning, Friday, August 1st in a stance to fight the U.S. tariff on Brazilian stone products.
The Brazilian stone industry is cautiously optimistic with confirmation that one of the sector’s main export products, worked monumental or building stone, nesoi, was included in the list of tariff exemptions.
The Brazilian Center for Natural Stone continues to lead efforts in defense of the production chain it represents, conducting institutional and diplomatic actions both in Brazil and abroad to mitigate the impacts of the additional 50% tariff imposed by the U.S. on Brazilian products.
The Brazilian participation in Coverings, the largest coverings fair in North America, which takes place from April 29 to May 2 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando (USA), reaffirms the country's role as one of the leading global suppliers of natural stones. In this edition, the Brazilian Pavilion will bring together 57 companies from 6 different states, in a collective space located on the North side of Hall A.
