The Master Cut GO C M E625 (GMM legacy Extra 480) represents the powerful consolidation in the stone sector, born from the strategic acquisition of GMM's advanced technological leadership by Biesse's industrial scale and global presence. This highly reliable 5-axis CNC monoblock bridge saw, previously known as Extra 480, is now a cornerstone offering for efficiently cutting and contouring marble, granite, mineral manmade slabs and ultracompact materials.

This machine is the ideal solution for fabricators, either commercial or residential, looking to optimize space without compromising performance. Its compact, self-supporting, galvanized steel frame ensures durability and a perfect fit for tight spaces, while its monoblock structure guarantees fast installation and instant productivity.

Extreme Ease of Use & Smart Control:

Leveraging GMM's specialized expertise, the machine features extreme ease-of-use interface and intuitive programming. The operator controls everything via Smart Touch with an ergonomic 21-inch multitouch color display. This advanced graphical interface and software allow operators to launch complex machining processes simply and easily, significantly reducing the learning curve.

Unstoppable Versatility & Automatic Accuracy:

The E625 delivers superior versatility through high-precision 5-axis technology, which is essential for advanced stone processing and complex tasks. For total functionality, the machine can be equipped with a powerful side spindle for fast sink cutouts and faucets drilling within the same cycle.

Precision is automatic: the integrated slab thickness probe and blade diameter control ensure consistent and precise high-quality results. Furthermore, a dedicated, patented vacuum system allows the machine to move pieces effortlessly across the table, eliminating manual handling and maximizing material yield and efficiency by moving parts automatically all over the table.
