FAIRFIELD, IA - Creative Edge Mastershop, Inc. has created a unique 15- x 13-foot waterjet-fabricated mural to be displayed at the Coverings 2007 show. The mural depicts the skyline of Chicago created from stone, ceramic, porcelain and metal products, including marble, granite, porcelain, Italian glass and solid metals, and was installed using Laticrete International, Inc. system materials. Harri Aalto, co-owner and waterjet artist of Creative Edge, designed the mural to be displayed in a high-traffic walkway between the main garage and the West building. After Coverings, the mural will be donated to the Chicago Tourism Board.
