Internazionale Marmi e Macchine Carrara (IMM) Launches New Format
CARRARA, ITALY -- IMM -- Internazionale Marmi e Macchine Carrara has conceived a new concept for its 2018 event, Carrara², which will consist of White Carrara Downtown and Marmotec_Hub_4.0. The exhibition is scheduled from June 2 to 9.
According to show organizers, the new format is a modern concept that turns CarraraMarmotec into a catalyst for excellence and an economic booster for the entire area. The event will revolve around the exhibition itself, which has been successfully tested with the spin-off White Carrara Downtown, but will retain the traits of excellence internationally recognized to IMM and to CarraraMarmotec thanks to a format capable of connecting professional training, seminars, technological innovation and business opportunities.
Marmotec_Hub_4.0 will be the heart of the Carrara2 event and will be focused in the morning hours, from June 4 to 8. Thanks to this format, buyers and architects will attend B2B meetings with local companies, as well as attending workshops and conferences. Participating companies will have a welcome desk in the fair complex to distribute leaflets in the framework of thematic clusters, in-depth insights dedicated to innovation, manufacturing, industry, research, sustainability and security. The companies will present themselves and get acquainted with buyers and operators inviting them to visit their headquarters in the afternoon. IMM is also offering special business visitors packages to maximize, at very low costs, the visit to the event, including: participation in technical seminars, hotel stay for two nights, participation in 10 B2B meetings, guided tours to companies, as well as the local marble quarries, with shuttle service.
