Bedrock Quartz is a three-generation countertop business catering to the Utah market. Owned by David Jorgensen and his three sons, Alan, Eric and Steve, the company has evolved from a laminate countertop shop to a natural stone and quartz surfacing operation, with an emphasis on quality and customer service.
The International Surface Event, a combination of StonExpo/Marmomacc Americas, Surfaces and Tile Expo, brought together stone and stone working technology, as well as tile and tile-setting products, along with carpet, wood and linoleum — all of it featured on one floor this year, compared to the two-floor design from previous years.
Calacatta Gold features intricate gold veining over a bright white backdrop. Available in a “silk” or polished finish, Calacatta Gold slabs are designed with a mirrored “book match effect” or an “end match effect”
Coverings attendees will have the opportunity to view an exhibition of tiled benches, designed and built by students from SAIC and participate in interactive educational classes presented by the Chicago Mosaic School when the show takes place April 18th to 21st at McCormick Place in Chicago, IL.
